Sometime between 6-8 AM on your reserved date, we will arrive and install your design. Please make sure your sprinklers are off, and your landscapers have already done your lawn.

Sometime after dark, we will return to take it away. You refer us to all your friends, tag us on social media, and think about how much your LOVED this service!
P O L I C I E S
- You are renting a display for ONE day. We set up and take down. You can always extend the celebration by adding an additional day for $50.
- We ask that you treat our display with respect. There is no reason to move the display, and ask that you please refrain from doing so. There will be a $15 fee per letter for signs lost or damaged while in your possession.
- Especially during COVID-19, we wipe down between uses but your help in not touching the signs to prevent the spreading of germs is greatly appreciated.
- Do NOT attach anything to our signs
- Keep dogs and children away from the signs for their safety.
- Please do not mow or have any landscaping done while the signs are in the yard. Grass clippings stain the letters. Any letters stained will be subject to a cleaning fee.
- Every display will be installed BEFORE 8 AM on the day you reserved it.
- Because most orders are personalized, we kindly ask that you reserve your desired greeting at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance. Every effort will be made to fulfill last minute orders.
- There will be an extra charge of $30 for orders made within 48 hours.
- Orders need to be made 48 hours in advance. If you need it within 48 hours, please text us directly @ 917.880.7139. An additional fee will be assessed.
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 72 hours before your date.
